State of Ohio APIC Conference - Vendor Registsration

APIC is a national organization dedicated to the study, prevention, and control of infectious disease. Ohio APIC members practice in hospitals, clinics, and other health care facilities.

Our target audience is Infection Prevention Practitioners, Patient Safety/Quality/and Risk Managers, Regulatory, ILSM and Facility Managers, long term care facilities and ambulatory care. In addition we are inviting Construction Managers, General Contractors, Engineers, and Architects. We will be marketing the conference throughout the state of Ohio and targeted geographical areas in our bordering states of Michigan, Indiana, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Kentucky. The conference will provide continuing education credits and/or a certificate of attendance. We are aggressively marketing this conference with a target of 400 attendees and 50 vendors.

Vendor Table visitation: 7 A.M. - 7:50 A.M. (before our speakers) and during the attendee lunch between 12:10-1:10 P.M., and three 20 minute breaks between speakers, to show and discuss your products. That's a total of almost 3 hours of opportunity and exposure to your organizations’ products and services is scheduled into the event.

Set-Up: 6 to 9 P.M. on 10-13-16, and from 6 to 7 A.M. on 10-14-16.

Exhibit Space: Each registration includes access for two (2) people. It also includes one 6 foot draped table, two chairs, and meals for two people. Exhibit space will be assigned on a first-come first-serve basis only. There is a limited number of Electrical Outlet Locations. (Please note, you may submit a request via your registration however, electrical outlet locations will be available on a first come-first serve basis only.)

Meals Included: Continental breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon break. Please note: The vendors will have access to lunch prior to attendees, to allow the vendors to be available during the attendees’ lunch.

Please Note: In order to attend the event, you must purchase a Vendor Registration TICKET.
